- Payments are made to PayPal ONLY, do not include your PayPal link, only your PayPal email address.
- Payments are made every Wednesday morning. If your information is received Wednesday afternoon, it will be processed the following Wednesday.
- Please include 1-2 photos of your cracked screen with your Pela Case on your phone.
- Please include a photo or PDF of your repair receipt.
- Please include both order numbers if Canopy and your case were purchased separately.
