When I first learned to surf in Tofino, British Columbia, I instantly fell in love with the sport. The thrill of riding a wave in to shore is so incredible, you'd have to experience it to understand it.
And because I have experienced it first hand, I know why there is a strong connection between surfers and ocean conservation. As Save The Waves puts it, you have to protect the places you love. And I love the ocean. We all do here at Pela!
