    What is the battery capacity of the JuiceBox?

    The JuiceBox has a 5,000 mAh (18.5 Wh) lithium polymer battery, enough to give most smartphones up to one full charge.

    What's the warranty?

    1 year on the JuiceBox PowerBank, 90 days on the Shell.

    Can I take my JuiceBox on an airplane?

    Yes, with one important rule: carry it on, don't check it. The JuiceBox has a 5,000 mAh battery rated at 18.5 Wh, which is well under the 100 Wh limit that the FAA and TSA allow for lithium-ion batteries in carry-on luggage. Always check with your airline about their lithium-ion regulations before flying with your JuiceBox.

    Can I charge two things at once?

    Yep — one wired, one wireless, both at the same time.

    What's the JuiceBox made of?

    The JuiceBox is made from recycled plastic and aluminum. The protective shell is made from our Pela Case material! It is designed for recyclability and minimal environmental impact at end of life, true to our values.

    Is the JuiceBox compatible with MagSafe, PixelSnap, or other Magnetic charging devices?

    Yes! The JuiceBox uses Qi2 magnetic alignment (MagSafe compatible) for wireless charging, so it snaps securely to the back of your iPhone with MagSafe or Google Pixel with Pixelsnap.

    Can the JuiceBox charge other devices besides phones?

    Yes! The JuiceBox can charge any device that is Qi Wireless charging compatible, such as your Airpods Pro 3. Additionally, you can charge devices with a wired connection from the USB-C port on the Juice Box.

    How long does it take to fully charge the power bank?

    As low as 1.5 hours using a charger capable of delivering >18W. Up to 2.5 hours using 10W charger.

    What temperatures can I use it in?
