Screen Protection & Repair Guarantee
We believe that most phones don’t have a need to survive being dropped from a helicopter or run over by a tank and therefore don’t require excess plastic material protection.
Our cases were designed to provide "maximum reasonable" protection so as to keep our environmental footprint as small as possible.
We stand behind our products so we’ve decided to offer a screen repair guarantee to our customers effective May 1, 2018.
To qualify for our Screen Protection Guarantee the following conditions must apply:
- Have purchased a Pela Case after April 1, 2018.
- Be a confirmed Pela Case Purchaser by one of the following:
- You must have purchased your Pela case from pelacase.com.
- Have purchased a Pela Case via another retailer / site AND registered your purchase with our case registration service.
- Your screen must have been unscratched or uncracked prior to purchasing a Pela.
To claim your $200 screen repair, follow the below instructions:
- Send us a photo of your phone screen wearing wearing a Pela Case for proof of damage. Email your photo to email@example.com
- Give us a bit of info on how the screen cracked. We love to gather real world information so we can better improve our products!
- Once approved, we’ll ask that you send us a receipt for proof of repair.
- Once receipt is received, we will send you a Paypal money transfer for the repair amount up to a maximum of $200 USD.
- We will repair 1 screen per customer.
- We cover a maximum of $200 USD for a screen repair.
- The Screen Protection Guarantee covers only the front phone screen and no other parts
