How it Ships
Materials
The Pela Case is made of Flaxstic®, which is comprised of compostable bioplastic elastomer and flax straw materials. Our material has been tested to be safe and free of phthalates, BPA, cadmium and lead and is verified to meet child safety standards in the U.S., Canada, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. Our base material meets U.S. (ASTM D6400-04) and E.U. (EN 13432) standards for composting in an industrial composting facility and has a lower carbon footprint and lower greenhouse gas emissions than traditional plastic. It can also be left to compost in a home composting environment.

Very good phone case
This is my second Pela case for the same phone, last one lasted about 4 years. As I loved it so much, there was no way I was buying a different brand. It was a bit wobbly and the sides were a little torn at the end of it's lifetime, nevertheless, the new one seems much more sturdy & should last few more years.

I love the texture, color, and sustainability of this case. The BOGO offer is a fantastic deal as well, and I can't wait to use both. My only concern is that the edges feel a little flimsy, but other than that, everything else is perfect!
It's a phone case!
Yup, it's a phone case. The design fits my phone like it should. I love the little details in the color. It's not boring. And I really like that it's one piece. Other cases I've owned tend to come apart after a year or two. It's kept my phone safe despite my toddlers best efforts. It's a little hard to open my edge screen menu, but I think that says more about rounded screens than anything else. Seems like a good quality case, and being eco friendly is easier on my conscience.

I love the design, feel and colour of my case! I have had so many friends comment on it! Only wish I could have gotten the turtle engraved... But I'll get that next time!
