Can I return my Pela Case?

Yes. If you are not satisfied with your Pela Case, or your case has any defects, please email us at hello@pelacase.com within 30 days of purchase and we will happily refund your purchase.

Customer is responsible for costs of postage as our free shipping does not cover exchanges or returns.

Can I exchange my Pela Case for a different colour or size?

Yes. Please email us at hello@pelacase.com within 30 days of purchase and we would be happy to exchange your Pela Case.
