Can I return my Pela Case? 

If you are not 100% happy with your Pela Case within 90 days of receiving it, please contact us at hello@pelacase.com and we will work with you toward the best solution to help resolve any issues you may have encountered during your Pela shopping experience or with our products.

Can I exchange my Pela Case for a different colour or size?

Mistakes can happen and we’ll definitely help get you sorted and get a case you love on your phone!
If you are not satisfied with your Pela Case, or your case has any defects, please email us hello@pelacase.com or come on LIVE CHAT within 90 days of purchase and we will happily work with you to resolve the issue.

Will my Pela Case begin to biodegrade while I am using it?
The biopolymer we use was developed so your Pela Case will biodegrade in an industrial composter, and not in your pocket. We have not had a Pela Case being to biodegrade outside of a composing environment. But, if your case does begin to break down within one year of purchase, please send it back to us and we will happily send you a new Pela Case free of charge.
